SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

*Standard processing time is 3-5 business days (this means the time it may take to process and ship your order. ) Processing time begins the following business day after your order is placed and does not include shipping time.

 

*Standard shipping is 3-5 business days once the order has shipped. Delays are to be expected during COVID-19 as well as holidays.

 

*Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days once shipped.

 

* Processing times for custom orders is 10-14 business days.

 

*Once your order has shipped it is no longer our responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may choose to add insurance or require a signature for your package.

*NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES*

 

*Exceptions*

1). if we make a mistake on our end in which case we will be happy to rectify the situation. If the item is in stock you will receive a replacement, if it is not in stock we will issue a refund.

 

Or 2). The item is not in stock in which case we will issue a refund.
